Right of cancellation

Consumers are entitled to a right of cancellation under the following conditions, where consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that can be attributed mostly neither commercial nor its independent professional activity:

Cancellation

You have the right to cancel the contract within fourteen days without reason.

The cancellation period is two weeks from the date on which you have taken, or a third party representative (other than the carrier) has taken, possession of the goods.
To exercise your right, you have to inform in writing

by means of a clear statement (eg a consigned by post mail, fax or email) about your decision to cancel/terminate this contract. You may use the attached model cancellation form, but use of which is not required.

Consequences of cancellation

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we receive from you, including the costs of supply (with the exception of the additional costs arising from the fact that you have chosen a different method of delivery other than the Ground Shipping we have offered). Repayment will take place at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which the contract cancellation/termination notification has been received. For this repayment we will use the same method of payment unless expressly agreed otherwise that you used in the original transaction, In any case you will not be charged fees for this repayment.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods, or until it has been demonstrated that the goods have been returned, whichever is the earlier.

Goods must be returned or handed over no later than than fourteen days from the date we received notice of contract cancellation. The deadline is met if the goods have been sent within two weeks of receipt of notification. Consumer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.
